Requirements
  • MeetingTracker works seamlessly with Outlook 2000 as an Outlook plug-in, leveraging the Calendar and Task folders.
  • Microsoft Windows 95, 98 or NT Workstation.
  • Microsoft Outlook 2000.
  • Microsoft Exchange, MS Mail Post Office, or stand-alone (Internet) E-mail with Outlook 2000.
Meeting Minutes
  • Agenda items are collected from the standard Appointment form.
  • Meeting Minutes and Action Items are collected from MeetingTracker.
  • Agenda, Minutes and Action Items are formatted on a single Minutes document that is E-mailed to all meeting attendees.
  • The Minutes document is copied to a Team Folder in the E-mail system for reference.
Action Items & Reporting
  • Action items generated as delegated tasks through the Outlook task manager to provide full control of all action items recorded in the Meeting Minutes.
  • Outlook provides customizable Meeting Minutes On-line views grouped by:
      • Date Stamp
      • User
      • Manager / Department
      • Approving Manager
